Our products come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law.
If a product has a major problem, you may be entitled to a replacement, refund, or other remedy. If a product has a minor problem, we may choose to repair, replace, or otherwise resolve the issue within a reasonable time.
Your rights under Australian Consumer Law apply in addition to this policy.
Change of Mind Returns
Please choose carefully before placing your order.
We do not normally accept returns or provide refunds for change of mind, incorrect choice, change in circumstances, or where a customer no longer wants the product.
This includes, but is not limited to, situations where:
- the product is not the size, colour, style, or material you expected, where the product supplied matches the description on our website
- you ordered the wrong item
- you found a similar product elsewhere
- you no longer need or want the product
- the product does not fit in the intended space, where dimensions were provided on the product page
This does not affect your rights under Australian Consumer Law.
Damaged, Faulty, or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, faulty, or incorrect, please contact us as soon as possible after delivery.
Please email us at [email protected] and include:
- your order number
- a clear description of the issue
- photos of the product
- photos of the packaging
- photos of any visible damage, fault, or incorrect item received
We may require this information to assess the issue, arrange a suitable remedy, or lodge a claim with the courier or supplier.
Please do not dispose of the product or packaging until we have reviewed your claim and provided further instructions.
Timeframe for Reporting Issues
For damaged, faulty, or incorrect items, please contact us within 7 days of delivery where possible so we can investigate and resolve the issue quickly.
This timeframe helps us assess courier damage, supplier issues, and order discrepancies. However, it does not limit any rights you may have under Australian Consumer Law.
Assessment of Claims
All return, refund, replacement, and warranty-related claims are subject to assessment.
Depending on the circumstances, we may request photos, videos, further information, or the return of the product for inspection.
A refund, replacement, repair, credit, or other remedy will only be provided once the issue has been assessed and approved.
We reserve the right to refuse a claim where the product has been misused, damaged after delivery, incorrectly assembled, modified, neglected, exposed to unsuitable conditions, or used in a way that is inconsistent with normal use or product instructions.
Returning a Product
Please do not return any product without contacting us first and receiving return instructions.
Returns sent without approval may not be accepted.
Where a return is approved, we will provide instructions for how the product should be returned.
Products must be returned safely and securely packed to avoid further damage during transit.
Return Condition
For approved returns that are not related to a fault, damage, or incorrect supply, the product must be:
- unused
- unassembled
- in original condition
- in its original packaging
- complete with all parts, accessories, manuals, and included items
- suitable for resale
We reserve the right to decline a return or reduce any refund amount if the product is returned used, damaged, incomplete, assembled, altered, or not in resaleable condition.
For damaged, faulty, or incorrect items, please keep the original packaging where possible, as it may assist with assessment and courier claims.
Return Shipping Costs
For approved change-of-mind returns, the customer is responsible for all return shipping costs. Original shipping, delivery, handling, and freight charges are not refundable for change-of-mind returns.
If a return is required because the product is faulty, damaged, incorrectly supplied, or otherwise covered by Australian Consumer Law, we will handle return shipping in accordance with our obligations under Australian Consumer Law.
Refunds
If a refund is approved, it will be processed using the original payment method where possible.
Please allow a reasonable time for the refund to be processed by your bank, card provider, payment provider, or buy-now-pay-later provider.
Refunds will only be issued once the return or claim has been assessed and approved.
Exchanges and Replacements
Where appropriate, we may offer a replacement product, replacement part, repair, store credit, or refund depending on the issue and the requirements of Australian Consumer Law.
Replacement products or parts are subject to availability.
Sale and Clearance Items
Sale, discounted, or clearance items are not eligible for change-of-mind returns unless agreed by us in writing.
This does not affect your rights under Australian Consumer Law if the item is faulty, damaged, incorrectly supplied, or does not meet a consumer guarantee.
Product Images, Colours, and Natural Materials
We make reasonable efforts to display products accurately on our website. However, colours, textures, finishes, and natural material variations may appear differently depending on screen settings, lighting, photography, and the natural characteristics of the product.
For products made from natural materials, including timber or teak, variations in grain, tone, texture, and finish are normal and are not considered faults unless the product fails to meet a consumer guarantee.
Outdoor Use and Product Care
Our products are designed for outdoor storage use, but their performance and appearance may be affected by weather exposure, location, maintenance, installation, and general use.
Normal wear and tear, fading, weathering, movement in natural materials, cosmetic changes from outdoor exposure, and damage caused by misuse, neglect, incorrect assembly, poor maintenance, or extreme conditions are not considered faults.
Customers are responsible for following any product care, assembly, placement, and maintenance instructions provided.
Cancellations
If you need to cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible.
We cannot guarantee that an order can be cancelled once it has been processed, packed, booked for dispatch, shipped, or handed to a courier.
If cancellation is possible, we will confirm this in writing.
